Thought leadership that wins new clients for a leading coaching consultancy
ECC is a leadership and coaching consultancy that helps organisations develop diverse talent and build inclusive cultures.
As HR and diversity leaders in professional services, banking and tech began prioritising female talent pipelines, ECC needed to be seen as the trusted partner to guide this change.
Working closely with the leadership team, we developed a thought leadership programme to demonstrate ECC’s deep understanding of the barriers affecting women’s careers and how to overcome them.
We launched the Fog Index—annual research into the transparency of parental benefits among top employers—to drive media coverage, new business activity and engagement with key decision makers.
We designed two content hubs, one for employers and one for prospective parents, to provide a focal point for inbound marketing while showcasing ECC’s deep subject matter knowledge.
To build deeper relationships with prospects and clients, we created a Mapping Tool to support which helped sets the agenda for organisational change.
This has been complimented by an ongoing programme of research, media outreach, blog creation and events which have built ECC’s profile and community.
