From the impact of AI to the challenge of dealing with trade unions and the hostility of the national press to public servants, we show how and why people and HR teams make a difference public service delivery and the success of local authorities.

Working with the PPMA President as a figurehead we’ve ensured share of voice and influence where the important debates are happening, in leading sector and professional publications, conferences and professional publications.

As a result of our partnership the PPMA’s perspective on people issues is now sought on by media outlets including BBC News, The Times, People Management as well as peer professional networks and policy makers.
